Appeals

If the Industrial Property Registry denies the registration of a trademark, its decision can be appealed before the Administrative Superior Court.  The Court is the superior administrative entity and with it, the non-judicial procedures are finalized.

As well, if an opposition is denied, the Industrial Property Registry’s decision can be appealed before the Administrative Superior Court.
