• Attended the University of Costa Rica graduating with honors in 2009.
• Executed her graduation thesis in the field of civil responsibility and the work “El Daño Moral en la Jurisprudencia Penal” (Non-Economic Damages in the Criminal Jurisprudence) was approved with distinction in 2009.

Practice Areas:

• Since she began studying law she has worked in Intellectual Property, in fields such as trademarks, commercial names, slogans, copyrights and related rights, domain names, enforcement of Intellectual Property rights and counterfeit goods.
• She has a broad experience in the obtainment of sanitary registrations for all types of products, such as cosmetic products, food products, natural products, pharmaceutical products, hazardous products, and veterinary products.
• She also practices in Commercial and Corporate Law.
